First, these shoes run incredibly small - at least one size or possibly more. I know because I have worn the same size for many decades and these shoes are so tight at my normal size that I would need at least one size larger, maybe two. Second, Jeneba Barrie informed me in a curt email about a week after I contacted them to ask about returns (go ahead, try to find info on their website) that they refuse to exhange my shoes for another size, so I am out $131.36, the sale price. I guess someone at Goodwill will be getting a very nice gift from me. Disgusted.
