Are your shoes true-to-size? Yes, our shoes fit true to size. Please visit our size chart for further assistance: https://jenebabarrie.com/pages/sizing-chart.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping in the US.

I just placed an order, when will it ship? Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise indicated, for instance items that are on back-order. Tracking numbers will be updated 5 days after your order is placed. Please consult tracking numbers for up to date information. If you have not received a tracking number after 7 business days of placing your order, please email us at support@jenebabarrie.com.

My shade/size/heel length is not currently available. What should I do? We suggest placing your name on our wait list. Please visit:  www.jenebabarrie.com/collections/join-the-waitlist to join our waitlist. We have 3 production rounds each year. Therefore, we encourage customers to join the waitlist ASAP. 

Do you require wait-list deposit? Yes, we require a non-refundable $50.00 deposit for each item placed on our waitlist. The $50.00 will be credited towards the overall price of your shoes, along with a 10% "thank-you" for your patience discount when your order is finally fulfilled. An invoice that reflects the deposit and the 10% credit will be emailed to each customer once the product becomes available to ship. Once the difference on the invoice is paid in full, the product will be promptly shipped to customers and a tracking number will be provided at that time.

Please note, due to the personalized nature of our products, there is no exception to our non-refundable deposit policy.  Please email us at support@jenebabarrie.com if you need any further assistance before adding your name to our waitlist. 

I added my name on the waitlist. When can I expect my product? All waitlist deadline dates on our website reflect the deadline for customers to place their name on the waitlist to ensure their product is available after that production process is complete. Typically, it takes 6-8 weeks for customers to receive their products after that deadline date.

For example, if our deadline date is January 1, customers can expect their product by early March. If you have any questions about our waitlist process, please email: support@jenebabarrie.com before adding your name on the waitlist.

I do not know my shade, what should I do? We suggest purchasing a swatch book to ensure shade match and limit delay and uncertainty. Swatch book order amount will be applied towards the purchase price of your shoes. Swatch books can be purchased here: https://jenebabarrie.com/products/swatch

Do you have payment plans or installment plans available? Yes! Please select "Klarna" or "Shop pay" at checkout. Klarna & Shop pay both allow 4 (four) interest-free, fee-free payments installments to ensure our customers are able to purchase our luxury nude pumps without breaking the bank! Visit our product page to learn more about this flexible payment option. Diversity and inclusion are the lifeline of our brand. What currency are the prices on the website? All prices are in USD.

Do you have gift cards available? Yes, we do. They make the perfect gift. If you are unsure of what shade to get or are buying a gift for someone else, give the gift of choice with our gift cards.

How do I receive gift card information after purchase? Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.

Are there any additional fees for gift cards? Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

What is the return policy? We accept returns within 7 days from customer's receipt of the merchandise (determined by tracking number confirmation). Merchandise must be in its original package and must be unworn and undamaged.

We recommend customers try on merchandise on a carpeted area to prevent damage. No returns will be accepted on damaged or worn merchandise. 

*Please Note: We do not accept returns on sales or discounted items. We only offer exchanges or store credit on all sales & discounted items. Items are considered discounted if the customer does not pay the full price of the item or uses any discount code.

What is the exchange policy? We allow exchanges. Please be advised that we only allow one exchange per transaction. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days from customers' receipt of the merchandise (determined by tracking number confirmation).

What happens if the merchandise is lost/stolen? Jeneba Barrie Nude Footwear LLC, does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen merchandise. All packages will be shipped with a tracking number to ensure delivery. Please keep this number for your records. 

When do you have sales? We currently have limited sales to Cyber Monday. Occasionally, we email our newsletter subscribers with limited time offers. Please sign up for our newsletter to become a VIP and receive these emails, plus be the first to learn about our offers, promos and other exclusives.
