I just placed an order, when will it ship? Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise indicated, for instance items that are on back-order. Tracking numbers will be updated 5 days after your order placed. Please consult tracking numbers for up to date information. My shade/size/heel length is not currently available. What should I do? We suggest placing your name on our wait list by clicking on our email address link: email@example.com on the product page. Be sure to include your name, shade including the finish (nappa leather, Italian suede or patent leather), size and heel length to guarantee merchandise availability on our next production run.
Do you require wait-list deposit? Yes, we require a $50.00 deposit for each item placed on our waitlist. The $50.00 will be deducted from the overall price of your pumps, along with a 15% "thank-you" for your patience discount when your order is finally fulfilled. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable for customers who decide not to complete their order once the inventory becomes available, or return their order after receipt of inventory.
