What currency are the prices on the website? All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship? Perfection takes time. All orders placed between March and July 2019 are considered pre-orders. Our first production run will be complete in July, 2019 and will be ready to be shipped out by July 31, 2019. 

Please allow 2-3 days to process your order.  

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide. The average shipping time is 3-5 business days. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at support@jenebabarrie.com.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping throughout the United States.

How long do I have to return an item? Returns are accepted within 14 days from customer's receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in its original package and must be unworn and undamaged. We recommend customers try on merchandise on a carpeted area to prevent damage. No returns will be accepted on damaged or worn merchandise. 

Can I exchange a merchandise for a different color or size? Yes. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days from customer's receipt of the item. We suggest purchasing a swatch book to ensure shade. Swatch book cost will be applied towards the purchase price of a pair of pumps. Merchandise must be in its original package and must be unworn and undamaged. We recommend that customers try on merchandise on a carpeted area to prevent damage. Customers are allowed one exchange per transaction. No exchanges will be allowed on damaged or worn merchandise. 

What happens if the merchandise is lost/stolen? Jeneba Barrie Nude Footwear LLC, does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen merchandise. All packages will be shipped with a tracking number to ensure delivery. Please keep this number for your records.
