What currency are the prices on the website? All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship? Perfection takes time. All orders placed between March and July 2019 are considered pre-orders. Our first production run will be complete in July 2019 and will be ready to be shipped out by July 31, 2019. 

Thereafter, orders will be shipped within 72 hours of placement, unless specifically stated. Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. Please consult tracking numbers for up to date information. 

If you have not received a tracking number after 7 business days of placing your order, please email us at support@jenebabarrie.com.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping.

Do you have any payment plans or installment plans available? Yes! We are teaming up with  to provide 4 (four) interest-free payments to ensure our customers are able to purchase our luxury nude pumps without breaking the bank! My shade/size is not currently available. What should I do? We suggest placing your name on our wait list by first clicking "join wait list" on the product page, then send us an email at support@jenebabarrie.com and provide us with your name, shade, size and heel length to guarantee merchandise availability on our next production run.

What is the return policy? We accept returns. Returns are accepted within 14 days from customer's receipt of the merchandise (determined by tracking number confirmation). Merchandise must be in its original package and must be unworn and undamaged.

We recommend customers try on merchandise on a carpeted area to prevent damage. No returns will be accepted on damaged or worn merchandise. 

What is the exchange policy? We allow exchanges. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days from customer's receipt of the merchandise (determined by tracking number confirmation).

We suggest purchasing a swatch book to ensure shade match and limit delay and uncertainty.

Swatch book order amount will be applied towards the purchase price of a pair of pumps.

What happens if the merchandise is lost/stolen? Jeneba Barrie Nude Footwear LLC, does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen merchandise. All packages will be shipped with a tracking number to ensure delivery. Please keep this number for your records.
