The shoes are my skin tone and cute but your customer service is horrible. The shoes are ill-fitted and I have been trying to get a RETURN LABEL for almost 2 weeks (2 emails within the prescribed time frame). Now, I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that I cannot wear and $245 poorer just because you didn’t honored your return policy/guidelines. Will you fix this issue and refund my full amount?

The shoes are indeed beautiful and a wonderful match to my skin tone. It is well crafted and beautiful in it's simplicity. It runs very narrow tho, hence the reason for three and not five stars. I do wish that the line comes to expand by offering differing widths as it does heel heights.

I’ve tried at least three different nude shoe brands to match my skin tone and actually gave up on finding my match until finding Jeneba Barrie.

The swatch book is simply genius because I didn’t have to worry about back and forth exchanges or returns; like I experienced with other brands.

I get so many compliments when I wear my new nude pumps because my match (caviar) literally melts into my skin and creates the most beautiful length to my legs when I’m wearing dresses.

I currently own three pairs of Jeneba Barrie shoes and am looking forward to receiving my 4th pair from the waitlist in mid 2023.
