Emailed customer service a couple times and never received communication. Inquired about discount on website that I did not receive, no response. Requested start of return because size fit too small, no response. Returned shoes with payment of mailing fees and have not received refund or communication. I would have liked to make an exchange but returned instead. Due to lack of communication, I was concerned this would not be executed.

The shoe is perfectly made, and very comfortable to wear. I love it so much I have already ordered the mink flats and black patten pump. The shoe is perfect for any attire and you won’t be disappointed in owning a pair. For those who may have wondered how dressy the 2 1/2 inch heel would look, it is perfect with dresses, pants, and suits. I had knee issues and needed a nice shoe that would compliment my outfits and I found it with this shoe!
